Simple question that I suspect is less than straightforward. If you have more than one person that regularly flies an Inspire is it posible for each pilot to have their own personal iPad (or tablet, if you must!) that they use with the controller. Are the settings that are altered by the iPad app interface stored in the controller, the Inspire or the ipPad app itsself?  If it is possible does that mean that each iPad needs to be updated at the same time to avoid system conflicts?

To my knowledge there shouldn't be a problem using different Ipads. The settings that influence the Inspire (such as RTH height) are stored on the Inspire, not on the iPad.

I switch between using iPhone 5 and iPad air ... no problems this far.

But as I am the only pilot I want the same settings what ever device I use for the pilot app.
Most of them seems to be saved in the aircraft anyways. Although there are some bugs regarding settings ... Pilot app will show one setting but the actual setting is stored differently in the birds "computer".
Hopefully this will be sorted out in future updates.
