Hello last week i update to new version of app. The problem after update is app, enter the device and disconect status. I try 4 different cables and 2 different phones the result is the “Disconnect” .
Update the firmware to latest dji phantom 4 advanced again the same result.
Pleace help me i have a paid fly on Thursday.

Hi. We apologize for the inconvenience. Did you try to refresh the firmware using DJI Assistant 2?

I try twice,but the result is the same. When i buy phantom advanced on the remote control blink the red i have 12 flys with this blinking red if this help you!!!

You need to relink your AC and RC.

I try this 5 times and the result is the same, i think have a problem with USB connection on remote to phone

try and change you sd card over and see if that makes the difference
