hi, my phone can only open dji go v4.4.1.3, all other versions gives same error while opening it, "Unfortunately DJI GO has stopped working". (this version of dji go is very slow, plus crashing often.
)

i own dji spark, my phone is asus zenfone 6 with this spesification:

First uninstall the app from the device. Then
You can download all the versions of the DJI go app at apkmirror.
Then you need to enable installation from unknown sources on your device
And also disable auto updates in play market.

It is possible that you have too many apps running on your phone, that eats up RAM, and the DJI Go4 app is quite a bit "resource hungry".

I'd recommend to use the version 4.1.15 on Android devices.

Sorry for all the trouble. Please make sure to back up your files and sync your flight records and then reinstall the APP. Kindly close all the background APPs  and make sure only DJI Go 4 APP is running on your phone. May I know what is the android version of your mobile device? Do you have a different  phone/tablet that you can use to isolate the issue? You can check the recommended devices below. Thanks for your support.

Hm, too bad. It looks like you need a new phone, one of the supported models pereferably...
Maybe get a used Samsung Galaxy S5 from ebay or so.

What error does your phone gave when you installed  the 4.1.15?

tried over and over, but nothings changed.
same error after trying to open v 4.1.15

Interestingly, after connecting AC and RC , and  opening v4.1.3 dji go 4, it says ''latest firmware'' on the screen..

"Firmware" is something different than "app version".

ok, i noticed that

if i plug my phone through USB i can not see DJI folder on my PC ,  but same time i can see DJI folder with file manager on my phone

some evil forces are following me
