After I made walk test between tries I decided to make harder test for Mavic and it's blow my mind. I was riding electro scooter with my daughter in wood.
I started with easiest part and ended with hardest. So look till end.
All footage was made with 1 take with 1 battery

Also active tracking works best when it follow you. It's looks sketchy when it fly backwards. Need to test it more

Yes. In one part it stopped. I stopped too that I was thinking that it will not fly there and after that it passed so gently all tries

So far I never broken drone because of my fault. I had some crashes, but because of hardware faults what was warranty cases.
I had Care Refresh with Mavic 1 and never used it. I got with Mavic 2 too, because I think it is worth it. You never know what can happen. All what fly fall into ground anyway =))
I agree that it was very dangerous and I don't think that I will do so dangerous test again. But at least I know that I can trust it in more or less in open environment and if there will be some obstacle it will stop or fly around it. This is what all about was my test.

Well done I really enjoyed that did teh drone pause at 1.26 did you have to manually make it fly fowards so it could lock on again?

Some guys was asking about Active tracking and how it performs flying backwards, because all test with following you. Here my thoughts about it:
The problem with flying backwards is that Mavic didn't know path where to fly. So it fly backwards in straight line. If it see obstacle it stops and starts rotating (staying in one place). After that it starts following you, because it know where to fly. So imagine there is straight road and after it turns right. Mavic don't know that it needs to turn right when it flying backward.

This test is better than iPhoneDo's lol. Was APAS enabled as well?
