Hello Awesome Spark Pilots,
Having issues with my Spark especially after latest firmware upgrade (about 2 weeks ago).
Originally had a problem with 'gimbal motor overheat/overload'.
Now, a new geofencing update is trying to load but cant because 'password incorrect'.
When i warm up Spark, i get prompted, 'device may not be supported' then 'trust this computer?'.
What is going on here? This thing was great but the gimbal overload then all this is frusterating. DJI service did attempt to call me because they are so overwhelmed with calls but they called, from China, at 8am when i was sleeping and told me to call again.
Thier site cannot list service centers. Where do you get help and service for this thing??!!

So switch back to .0900 FW if you are not happy.

will someone please tell me wher, and i mean exactly i find the actual button to press to load trhge latest irmware for the spark? many thanks.

top right icon at the home page (picture of the spark) hold for 5 seconds then realise and FW options will pop up.

Have you tried resetting it to factory defaults?
