Hi,

I hadn't used my Spark for over 6 months and when I switched it on, I was behind 4 firmware updates. At first I tried updating through my phone however it keeps losing connection to the Spark's network and every attemt failed with differerent error codes.

I make sure my spark is fully charged everytime I attempt to update it and I have now downloaded Assistant 2 which at 99% of the update ( not the download) seems to lose connection with the Spark again as My Imac says a device was disconnected incorrectly. It does find the device again however it always ends in an error message.

At this point my drone can't fly nor can I update it.

Any help?

Hi, Sorry for the inconvenience. Would it be possible if you can provide a screenshot of the error message during the firmware update? I would recommend restoring factory defaults first, before updating the drone to see if there will be changes. Thank you for the support.
