hey so in the begining i went out to fly my spark about a month ago but needed to do an update.... so i did everything the app wanted me to but then the remote started beeping constantly and the led started to flash red also.... i can connect the phone-rc-spark, can even "start flight" and see the view from the camera but cannot operate the drone via the rc.

this is all while it is constantly beeping and flashing red/green now


please help and thanks in advance

forgot to mention i can fly it with the PHONE ONLY but not remote

Hi Kizzay,

You may need to re-bind the remote to the Spark.
If that doesn't help....then its a case for DJI support I'm afraid.

Downgrade the RC firmware using DJI go.
Press the three horizontal lines on the main screen, you need to hold there for 3/5 seconds, when you release your finger, you will have the option to downgrade the RC firmware.
I think it works only on iOS.

ok i down graded the firm ware and the flashing red light and beeping stopped, when i restart the rc same problem comes back. tried updating back to new version again and still same issue

just spoke with dji and got it fixed, the remote just needed calibration! thanks for everyones help
