There are literally dozens of home-made machines like this around. The one thing they have in common is they never actually fly anywhere, just hover a few feet off the ground. And they are extremely unlikely to get approval to fly.

A little bit clickbait tiltle =) . It's not a car for sure it's just a huge drone with "chair". You could not drive it on the road or check it's history (i mean something like that www.faxvin.com/vin-decoder). It is NOT A CAR!
