Hello, I usually fly in dusty environments and consequently, the inspire 2 is always covered by dust.
At the end of every flight, I use an air spray can remove the most of the dust but a small amount of dust remain in the most hidden parts.

So, now, after some flights, there is a lot of dust that it is difficult to remove, any idea how to clean it?

Thanks and sorry for bad english.

Aren't you missing landing gear screw cover (photo #1)? Anyway, I'll suggest using small paint brush first just to loose fine particles in cavities before blowing it with canned air. More radical method I'm employing is an air gun and compressor set at 30-40 psi, but no more than that ...

Sincerely I didn't know it was there a landing gear screw cover. I have never noticed it.
Where could I buy it?

Edit:
I checked some photos on google and there isn't any cover for the bottom part of the screw.

With the brush I managed to clean most of the dust but it remained some dust on the back (behind the screw) that is impossible to reach with the brush.
I will try with an air compressor, however, thank you

I tend to fly in dusty environments too such as sand pits and construction sites.  I've been able to keep the dust on the aircraft to a minimum by using a 4'x3' sheet of plywood for a launching / landing pad.

You're right, there's no screw dust cover at the bottom. My mistake. Apparently the pic shows Inspire in Travel mode, which will expose bottom bearing and screw. Sleep well than ...

Use a high quality landing pad for your aircraft. The Hoodman large landing pad is the best  IMO  5 foot

I already use a landing pad, the problem is the dust in the air. I work in agriculture and when the terrain is dry the tractors raise a lot of dust in the air that is almost impossible to avoid.

I see - use one of those air cans to blow away the dust after each flight or when you get home

That's what he does, but apparently this fine dust is very "sticky". More radical higher pressure air blow may be required, but one must be careful not to abuse exposed wires too much.

Yeah it's vital not to damage the exposed wires

Hi, Thanks for the inquiry. Aside from other suggestion, please be careful cleaning while removing the dust to avoid damages to the drone. Thank you for the support.

Oh, oh, my apologies! So, what are you basically saying is that if you blast the Inspire's exterior with 90PSI pressure air gun, chances are that one of the delicate antenna wires may be ripped off? Do you believe that such damage may affect the performance of the system? And - oh - before you entertain us with an elaborate explanation - read post #2, please ...
