I’ve just activated my M2P and when I try to purchase Care Refresh it errors saying the serial has been used.Chances are it’s because the app crashed during paypal checkout on the last activation step..
Checking the serial, it does say it’s not active.

I’d hope not, it’s a simple matter of clearing whatever is storing that serial and I’d put it through again.
