Is my device activated?

Interesting, I own an Air 2s and recently purchased a Mavic 3.  Both are bound to my RC Pro, but only the Mavic 3 shows under my avatar.  Both show on the controller

Strange, I have a Mavic3 and an Air 2S registered, But I have them both bound to the same RC Pro.  Is that why only the Mavic 3 shows under my Avatar?  Not that important to bother with, just more a curiosity

Interesting, that an icon for my Mavic 3 is below my name, but not the original Air 2s that I also still own and operate.  Is this because I run both off the same RC Pro controller?  The controller does let me view both and their DJI care registrations

1) I registered my new Mavic 3 Classic today, but it has not yet shown up below my avatar. How long does it take?
2) I am about to sell my Mavic Air 2. How do I de-register it?

If you have flown it and synced the flight records to the cloud, the avatar will show up soon. Please be advised that the activation account has to be the same as the one that you used to log in to the DJI Forum.

There is no way to de-activate the aircraft, you can check out this post for tips before you sell the drone https://forum.dji.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=247368
A warm prompt, if your Mavic Air 2 has DJI Care Refresh and it has bound to your account, you may need to remove the drone from your account in Device Management in the DJI Fly app, so the buyer can use the drone normally.

Susan, could I suggest that you start a permanently 'sticky thread or threads' relating to

that is / are closed to further comments and resides at either the top of the 'Mavic' forum or the top of EACH forum that 'binding' relates too.

Hi there. Did you ever get an answer on this? I can see my activated drone icons on here but on my account there doesn't seem to be an area where I can see the device info

So I argued this out with DJI.  I have 4 drones from DJI and the email address that activated the drone has to match the login for the DJI Forum to be listed.  I have a Phantom 4 Pro and mini 1 and neither will they add to my list of drones.  The Phantom I bought at Best Buy brand new, except my son activated it under his email.  He did it before I could tell him no.  Now I am not the original Email linked to the drone.  The Mini 1 I did buy third party and I am not mad about.  But my Phantom I am mad about.  I bought that brand new.  DJI won't do anything about it, even though that my sons email address is virtually the same as mine, to prove it is in the family.

I sold a Phantom 4 Pro drone about 3 months ago. I didn’t know I had to unbind it from my account. Is there anyway to unbind that drone from my account without being in physical possession of the drone now? Thanks in advance

Hello there. There is no need to unbind your Phantom 4 to your account since it uses the DJI Go 4 app. The binding feature is only available for drones that use the DJI Fly app except the DJI FPV. Have a great day ahead.
