Hello,
today I create this discussion about a problem concerning my new Phantom 3 SE.
Indeed, from the first flight of my drone, and during my first video recordings, I realized that on my videos, there was an effect commonly called the "jello effect".
An effect that is quite disturbing.
As you can see in my video, there is a little bit, the "jello effect", I cut the biggest part of the jello effect.
I bought my drone last month and I only had time to do 3 flights including one for a cinematic, the video above.
I think is due to a vibration problem but I don't know how to resolve it.
So, today I need your help. If you have any informations about this problem, if you have a phantom with the same problem, and if you know how to resolve it, please send a message in this discution .
thank you very much for your help!
Cordially, Baba7874
Hi, we're sorry for the inconvenience and trouble caused. Can you please try to reset your micro SD card and try to reset camera settings? After that please try to shoot a video and test. Let's see if this will work. Thank you.
one other suggestion is regarding the anti drop pins that go through the rubber dampers on the gimbal plate. There should be only 2 installed on diagonal corners
