Admins: I'm curious, why is there not a section used for Mavics and various other products to pin the items related to them in?  It seeems like everytime I open the Phantom section I get hit with lots of info about the Mavics and other products.  


IMHO it would be more pleasant to read about the "end of life" announcement for a product I bought brand new just months ago (P4P), or maybe some good information about whether the software or firmware updates will continue for my P4P?


In the meantime somebody could take the time to make a new section and pin some of that mavic stuff in the right place?? There is no reason for cross-pinning subjects that do not apply to a given section...

Just add Phantom 4 Pro to your bookmarks or favorites and you can avoid most of that noise.

Thank you John, I've already done that but I like a little bit larger view also...  It just seems to me, as an experienced board admin, that they should sort that crap and put it in the correct categories.  Unfortunately its not just one, but many who are doing it...

do you mean you are seeing them on this https://forum.dji.com/forum-68-1.html  if so, i rarely see other birds on this sections and i am on it from 4am GMT and sometimes during the day too

May i ask what is he referring to ?  I'm thinking there talking about writing about a subject like P4 and talking about it in the P4P area is that the cross pin thing ? Sorry i'm pretty new at this and trying to understand things and if ya don't ask questions one never learns and sure would hate to be THAT GUY that doesn't post in the right place. Ahh never mind i'm just a senile old dude anyway ....

Yes, I can explain. It’s about the Stickies or permanent threads above the daily posts, which are not forum specific to the drones they represent.

So there are a bunch of posts at the top of all forums with say Mavic announcements, that have nothing to do with this Phantom section.
It’s like mass mailing, everybody gets one.
It does get pretty deep in numbers at times, but they do unload eventually.

You can always pick to only view particular drone model posts by choice...

I find if I click on 'Phantom' in the grey banner at the top of the page I get a fair amount of other stuff included,  but if I then click on Phantom 4 Pro in next selection it just about all goes.

Also, it's really often to see threads that is not posted in a right section and for that case, we immediately transferring it to the right section. To see some latest posts, you can click the "last post" in the right portion of the page (see screenshot below).
