My MA is black.  Many times when I fly in the late afternoons here.  I see lots of black birds swarming near the MA.  They appear as soon as I go up maybe 75 feet or so.  None have hit it yet, but its bothersome.

I wonder if drone color is an issue here.  I have a white P4 and never have bird swarms.

Do others see bird issues with all the MA colors?

I have a red one and it seems to attract birds.
They appear out of nowhere and circle it.

Mine was chased by a hawk.  It would circle and then kind of swoop down on it.  Didn't hit thank God.  I was more worried about injury to the hawk though than to my drone.  

My Mavic Air is white and was chased by some seaguls in San Francisco last week. Normally I ignore the birds but these guys seemed aggressive and were swoooping at it so I flew back and landed.

I think it may depend on the birds in your area.  I have a black MA and love on the coast.  A lot of gulls and light coolers birds and I have little to no issues. On occasion I will have a courious bird do a fly by our two then go away.  Have never had to change course it operation due to birds.  

Nonsense, you guys haven't give one though to how the birds feel.

i have white MA and live in the Ohio valley.i  get buzzed by purple martins all the time.

I have a white one and I have found that swallows are attracted to it. I’ve seen them circling quite close to it almost as soon as I get in the air, which can be a bit disconcerting. I think it must be the white and black and the size being similar to the swallow.

Mine is black.

I have eyes on my MA too. It helps keep the birds away.

Seagulls doesn't seem to care much about color of the drone. I had both white and grey (MP) attacked by them. I'd say it really depends on location and time. They tend to attack near their  nesting and feeding areas.

This worked pretty good at getting curious birds to keep their distance.
However, the other day a kestrel seemed interested and then went back to perching in its spot I encroached on (phone screen was too small to see the kestrel, I learned of all this watching the video later). Maybe the kestrel realized it was not a threat.

And it doesn't matter how big the eyes or the drone is if it shows up in the wrong neighborhood and is greeted by a murder of crows.

Best solution seems to be ascending in sport mode.

That's one mean sticker! Haha!

Yellow and abstract skin, and Swallows will divebomb it continiously.

I've got a black Mavic air and attract the same amount of birds as I do with my P4 Pro. It completely depends on the species of bird and whether they're nesting and has little to do with the colour. In my opinion, they'll protect their nests against any potential predator, including humans.

I have an mp, and it's also attracting birds, luckily none attacked it yet, but I am scared it will happen sooner or later

Yes you got a point there but in my case I've been flying at the same spot and surprisingly the same type of birds (crows) were no longer interested with my drone since I stick eyes on it. More than 20 times take- off to date and got zero attack. So I would say the eyes sticker works. It's super duper ugly but it does work  (for me at least).

Just yesterday I was flying my MP and some geese almost took me out, Sent my P3A

on the same route and not one bird leaves the ground, Strange right.

My guess is yes the color matters.

I believe that is not the colour of our MAs that attracts the birds but the noise that is similar with insects .
