Just a quick guess here, but perhaps it’s because your M2 is running on OPTI mode? Perhaps DJI has put in a safety system to prevent usage of those flight modes unless the M2 is fully Green to fly with sufficient satellite locks? Your screenshot only shows 4 locked, not enough to fly...
