Hi All,

Just got my Zoom and RE Goggles yesterday.

Getting terrible signal. Seems to fly OK when just connected to the RC but when I attach my phone or RE goggles, I'm losing signal even when it's hovering 50m above me.

I've updated and reinstalled the firmware on the goggles and the drone. The antennas are out like they should be.

Not sure what else it could be.

Try putting the Phone on Airplane Mode, did you connect the Cable from RC to the Phone ?

Also try to fly in an Open Space, not in the City for less Interference.

Check out the CE Mode and FCC Mode... Search it on Youtube.

Thanks DMX, yes I have the phone in Airplane Mode when flying and the phone is connected via the cable.
I was getting the signal problems even when the phone wasn't being used at all.

I just tried it with the goggles and RC and still had issues.

UK and all Europe is on CE Mode..... FCC is far better.....

What I really suspect is that something is Interfering with your Connection. OcuSync is a very strong radio signal.

It could be a Diffective Controller but don't rush to conclusions until you test it a bit.

Did you buy it from a UK Agent or Online ? Maybe you can go as the Agent about the Problem.

Bought the drone and goggles from DJI directly on launch day.

Not sure if it's interference as I used to fly my Mavic 1 here without any problems.

Might take it out to an open field, see if that makes a difference...

Our apologies for the inconvenience. May I know the current firmware, mobile device and DJI Go 4 app version you are using? Did you receive an error message? If yes, kindly provide a screenshot so that I can check it on my end. You can follow the video tutorial below on how to properly position your antennas.

OK I'm running version 4.3.0 of the DJI GO 4 app on my Galaxy S8 Plus

The RE Goggles are running firmware version V01.00.0600 (which I have already refreshed again)

The Zoom is running firmware version V01.00.0000 which I  have just refreshed.

OK I've narrowed it down to the Goggles.

The signal is fine with just the RC / Phone / Drone.

As soon as I add the RE Goggles into the mix I lose signal on my phone and goggles almost immediately. I had to drone hovering 10m above my head and it lost signal. The phone screen goes black and white and freezes up. The signal strength on the RC is high.

I've tried it without the phone and just the goggles and RC and it's still the same.

All firmware is up to date as per my last post.

I'm not supposed to use any of the antenna attachments on the goggles am I? I understood they are not necessary if you're connecting DJI to DJI.

Any help appreciated!
