Pilot error is the majority of the blame. Contributing factors include not being advised Precision Landing isn’t installed. After 2 years of being used to having this...and it working so well...I relied on it when getting the Mavic 2 Zoom. Crashed on Landing, bent camera...must be repaired.
I'm really sorry hear that. I would suggest you contact our support team to start up a case: (https://www.dji.com/support?site=brandsite&from=nav). We have the professional data analysis team who would do their best to find out the reason of the incident and then the corresponding resolution would be provided, thank you for your support.

Sorry to read that but You shouldn’t just put the remote aside and go by your business as the drone is flying and landing by itself without anyone keeping an eye.
I’m sure that DJI will put this as pilot error, because you are not supposed to do that I think.
You have to fly and land on your own. It is good practice. Time is wasted if not. You learn so much flying back and landing on your own. It is critical.

Nobody should ever depend on precision landing whether you have it or not, you should always be alert to taking over any landing , manually or auto.
Results in. Pilot Error, $240 damage to camera, 2 hours to repair / test at $65 per hour...3-5 more business days before shipping...so likely a 2-3 week time frame for repairs here near its product launch date.

Tuff break, particularly with a new drone, hopefully put it down to experience and hopefully your back in the air soon.
Good Luck.
Why are you hands off relying on something? No matter how "good" precision landing is or was it can fail. You always have a hand ready to take over instantly should it go wrong. Very little sympathy here.
