If you watch the video, it is a MP, not what they are selling.  

This exact drone was recently reviewed on the RC Sailors YouTube channel.  Wasn't very good even at the about $45 they said they paid for it.  

I'd say - plagiat, down to the decorative strips on the arms. DJI should sue those macopycat makers.

See this ad on Instagram and Facebook constantly. I tried to report it on Facebook and it came back declined saying Facebook found it didn't violate their terms.. I was like "okey dokey then" From the comments it looked like several people had ordered it too.

FYI, that is an E58, I have one, paid $40 for it, call it my Baby Mavic. Great for flying inside on windy days.

Yep.  All over Instagram as well.  You'd think DJI would squash these jabronis, but it doesn't seem like they take them too seriously.

There are probably a hundred Mavic Clones out there.
