I bought a spark last year and had been using it without any problem. A few month ago, the problem appeared. When i start it and take off, it fly up, down up and down under 0,5m,  i cann't fly higher because if i pull the stick, the drone fly up and down, hit the ground ,... This happen to my friends spark too. Does anyone has solution for this ? Thank you (sorry for my bad english)

Sad to say, when it comes to issues like this, it needs to be turned in to service.
Open a service ticket and send DJI your "Black Box" file from DJI Assistant 2

my friend told me to downgrade the software because it work for him but not me

What if you try manual takeoff, with the swipe gesture on phone, and not the smart takeoff with rc.

the same problem, sometime i wait a while and it works well again, but then the problem comeback when spark is flying

your front obstacle sensors are defective.

Very strange,, what about your friends drone,, has he also changed the cable to fix his problem??

what cable did you change ?

I've changed cable which provide power to the main. It isn't stable so the motors don't work well. It work for my friends too.

its the internal cable to the motherboard i guess !!

I would have never been able to change the internal cable from the motherboard myself!
