i got a error on the activation procedure.
it said sn verification failed
sn 0k1cf813ag47sy.
first it activated then no longer....

Found it ios app wasn’t working but cs was able to do it

We checked the serial number that the drone has been activated successfully, please let us know if there is any other issue, enjoy flying.

in ran into new problem ...
camera error 4 .

tried:
restarted drone / remote cristalsky / ipad
reinstalll software with dji assistant on mavic air remote factory reset on both
reinstall software with go 4 app on mavic air.
reseted camera settings..

i think my only option is to sent back

Is this the whole error code? Any chance to share us a screenshot? How did the issue happen? Did you encounter any crash or hard landing?
