Hi will there be a firmware update in the future allowing us to shoot in 4k at 60fps ?, i know this feature is a much wanted addition to the mavic 2 pro.

Hi there, this video on YouTube explains that the DJI Mavic 2 is easily capable of shooting in 4k 60 FPS (even up to 120fps).. kind of a bummer that my new Mavic 2 Zoom is not able to do this even though it is capable of it (by hardware)

i think they want to protect their phantom series coz phantom series can only shoot 4k 60fpsn has mechanical shutter......but no portability need own bag ..while mavic 2 series r compact n can fill in any bag...so if mavic 2 series has 4k 60fps consumer level drone buyer will prefer Mavic 2 series.....

60 fps will likely come with the M2 Platinum.

I'd better to get sensor full scan on M2. So far as I see full picture is been made by interpolation (skip lines etc) in wide angle mode.
This means video processor is not capable to maintain 60 fps.

Also big sensor seems overheated during summer!
