It has now been almost 2 months since the latest Cendence FW (v02.00.0120) release, which promised the ability to assign Cendence button functionality to re-center gimbal forward and 90 degree down (GO4 v4.2.24). GO4 for CS is still at v4.2.20 and there has been no hint as to when it will be updated. In the meantime, GO4 for Android and iOS devices has been updated to v4.3, mainly to include functionality for the Mavic 2P/Z. It seems that those of us who invested a substantial amount of money to purchase both Cendence and Crystalsky monitor (US$1700 in my case) are left wondering why DJI will not support their premier pro products in a timely manner.

I rather hope for 4.3.0 to become available for CS.

Perhaps because DJI is moving on, and both are no longer considered Premeir Professional products?  

Well said … Crystalsky looks like DJIs' unwanted and unloved step son.  The longer they ignore it the quicker it will go away.. …. bitterly disappointed the support the Crystalsky receives.

Here is the response I got from DJI:

"Regretfully, as of the moment the Mavic 2 Zoom and Mavic 2 Pro are not compatible yet and as for now, it is not recommended to use a CrystalSky as you might encounter compatibility issues that may cause possible flight incident.

Honestly, I am not the right person who could provide you as to when will this be added or as to when this can be compatible together, however, pretty sure that our Team is working on this matter now and any updates available, will be posted on our official site soon.

Thank you for understanding."

Basically a bunch of sidestepping with a generic answer that offers no real insight at all. I really wish I could return my Crystalsky. I feel like I was tricked.

Hi there, sorry for keeping you waiting. Just got an update from our engineers that  DJI GO 4 V4.3.0 for CrystalSky will be released in a couple weeks. The features for Cendence will be available in this version as well. Appreciate your support and patience.

Hi NFC, the new version V4.3.0 will be compatible with Mavic 2 Zoom/Pro. You may check here to see whether the new APP of CS is available: DJI GO/DJI GO 4 App> "Me"> "Settings" and click "Check for Update".

Just installed Version 4.3.0 on my CS 785U and need help finding the gimbal 90 degree down function with my Inspire 2 that was promised on the 4.2.24 update that was never delivered. Are the features promised on 4.2.24 incorporated in 4.3.0?
