I am trying to retrieve the CSV file saved from my flight log.  Trying to do this on my laptop. I type in the exact address in the popup window from flight record on the dji go app on my Ipad mini: doesnt work.

Any suggestions?

I fly with an Ipad mini. I saved the flight record and a pop window tells me the CSV file is saved to this location:

DJIGO:/Documents/ExportFlightRecords/ExportCSV_2018-09-09_[17-21-31].csv

I have synced my flight records for the last month on my Ipad mini

Where do I find this file.

The last time I needed the file, DJI replied with a link that took me to the file.

Can you supply that link?

Hi. Thank you for reaching DJI Forum. For iOS device:

1. Install and run iTunes and then connect your iPhone/iPad to your computer
2. In iTunes, go to “Account” > “Authorization” > “Authorize this computer”. Please use your apple account and password to complete the authorization
3. (1) Click on the device icon; (2) Go to “App” and then scroll down the page a little bit; (3) Choose “DJI GO” or “DJI GO 4” accordingly;

4. For Flight Record files, please click “FlightRecords” folder; for Cached Video files, please click the “videoCache” folder;
5.And then click “Save as…” then save the files to your computer’s local storage;

I followed all instructions and synced my ipad minin to my laptop Opened Itunes on Laptop and authorized I pad Mini. It is listed under Devices in Itunes menu as Mark's Ipad. Folders listed are
Music, Movies, TV shows,Podcasts,books,audiobookd, tones.
There is no "Apps" folder Listed.

Go to the site he listed there.
Follow the instructions you will find on that site.
It will give you a detailed report.
Under the photo, on the left you will find a download link for the CSV file.
It should only take a minute or two.
