57.329227, 23.094640 in google map, you can see it only in satelite image. Its made for birds and lake Engure. I dont know all information,  it is new projekt (2015).

About Picture. Its captured with Spark  from 6-8 pictures manualy stick together with photoshop and edited for more colors. No filters.
