I was a little worried about the post regarding the BMCC not fitting on the Ronin-M. Though it is a little back heavy and a real pain to remove and replace the BMCC does work on the Ronin-M just fine. Also, the stiffness settings were actually not changed from my GH4.

I imagine that there is more stress on the motors having to adjust to a camera that is a little off balance (honestly not much with the Tokina's weight) but it was not making any aggressive motor noise or acting funny in the least. Just brought it out to an industrial shoot and it worked like a champ.
When I first tried my 1DC I thought is the adjustment of front+ back, later I find out they are selling the extension rods for the tilt bar, I realise the short tilt bar is causing the problem.
