I don't really seem to understand what's wrong. What do you mean with "gimbal camera does not work"?

Can you reset the settings to factory defaults and update the firmware by using DJI Assistant 2? You can download the software here: https://www.dji.com/mavic-air/info#downloads and follow the video tutorial below.
