Ohhh... I just noticed that the SYNC-PROBLEM is back... this morning (Sept. 11th 2018) I was able to sync my flight-records on both my IPads... no problem. Now, just now, I wanted to sync all my flight records on my iPhone... I got a “SYNC FAILED. RETRY” message... this did not work.
Of course my internet connection is perfect and quick... of course I tried to sync 1 month and 6 months... this did not work, just like a few months ago...
So I would like to ask you and your engineers to check your servers.... that was also the same problem last time.
I was synching because I wanted to buy a Mavic 2 PRO....

Also not syncing for me either.  Tried everything the same as CanonMax.  My internet is working perfect at 120MBPS for everything else.

There were server problems quite a few time ago... then all worked really fine until yesterday... my time around 10:00 am I was able to sync but in the afternoon I got the FAILED message.

Well... my download is 230... but that’s not the problem... it’s DJI-servers... but I hope it will be OK soon.. last time that took more than a month... A pity.

Yes... it is no problem anymore... I can sync all flights with all three iOS products I own and use....
I hope you will be able to sync also soon...

I AM SORRY TO SAY.... but THE PROBLEM IS BACK

yes yes I also noticed that DJI must have problems with their servers and/or software... Since a little more than a week flight records DO sync.... but the process of synchronizing ends with "SYNC FAILED. RETRY"
I must say that this is really annoying....   
I wish DJI will FIX this very soon!!

yes it is a big pity that some things do not work as promised... such great products... no promised waypoints 2.0 for my Mavic 2 Pro... and this server problem.
My tablets, my internet connection, my drones, my Osmo+, my Osmo Pocket are all ok... but I still hope...

I think the servers at DJI still do have problems. Might even have been hacked.... just a few moments ago I checked the sync process and when synchronising  I got a message on my iPhone 8 if I would accept 4 photos  from someone I do not know...  I kindly ask DJI to take care of this problem... almost a month now...
