I tried to sync my flight records but I keep getting a " Failed, Retry " message I even tried it on a different wifi but still the same results, is there a cure? I'm usion Ipad pro 10.5 and even my ipad mini 2 wont sync I get the same "Fail" message

Try a full logout of your account on your device and then re-login and see if that fixes the issue.

Same issue sync failed. I logged out and back in, still not working. I even restarted iPad

Nope, I tried that three seperate times the same thing happens , " Sync Failed. Retry" anything else ?

I am having the same problem today.  Must be trouble with the DJI servers.

I figured it was something like that , as long as they're aware of it they can get around to fixing it..

Sometimes it takes a good while for some reason.

Yes , I tried two more times logging out each time with no success....

I also get this message. I wanted to check my new battery how it performed by syncing it automatically to Airdata. I just uploaded my flightrecords by hand for now.
As I read from former problems with this service, this can sometimes take a few days to get fixed. In the meantime, just stop flying your drone... ;-) (kidding!)

But yes there's a but to this I flew using my ipad pro 10.5 which synced the records but when i synced my ipad mini 2 it completed the sync but the flights I flew yesterday were not present , and that " Growth Value " # thing was gone

It did sync but was very slow. Tried to view on Airdata and they have a note that Dji is having server issues.

Mine will now sync, but growth value is 0 and NO totals lol.  I must have flown backwards last night a loooooong way.

Our apologies for the inconvenience. This issue has been forwarded to our R&D engineers. I will update you as soon as I receive an update from them. Thanks for your understanding.

It happened to me last night    I think it was a DJI GO server glich. Mine is working now.

I've been unable to sync inward to DJI for a couple days too ... cleared up as of Sep 12 AM.  Servers, for sure.

I'v been trying for a few days with no luck.

It works on my IOS device, which mobile device do you use

Mine seems to sometimes hang or stall on percentages of the sync process but once it clears that it usually syncs quickly. I use iOS devices and have never had a sync issue.

I have been trying to sync since saturday with no luck. im using ios just updated the app, still not syncing. it gets to 99% then errors out. anyone have any idea? tried both on my iphon x and ipad mini 3 everything is updated i have restarted the devices, and tried logging out and then back in and no luck.

Synced today. It took time but syncs without an error on my iPhone 7 Plus - iOS12
