Hi, I'm trying to sync flight records on my devices since yesterday but I keep on getting "Sync flight records failed" error...
I tried to log off and cleared cache but it didn't helped, please could you help me?

Strange, I have done it right now from two devices without problems. Is there maybe a problem with your internet connection? And which version of DJI GO 4 are you using?

I'm using latest Dji Go version (4.3.0 for android), I've tried using wifi and network internet connection with two different devices (galaxy s6 and S9+)

We already forwarded this concern to our R&D engineers. May  I know if you can't still  sync your flight records? Can you re-login and check if the issue is still the same?
