Guys can you please help me out and confirm if I have a hardware issue that is causing the focus on the right side of footage to be off.
If you look at the picture supplied and you'll think no initial problem, however once you expand it and take a more detailed look you will notice the focus of the right side is off by 1 or 2 stops of focus. It soon becomes obvious when you blow the pictures up to a A2 size print.
I have tried multiple things to see if it was my focusing was off or exposure levels or wind or gimbal but all my videos even on the most perfect conditions show the issue. I sometimes tried to tap focus on the right of the picture to see if that helps but it doesn't.
The example picture was taken with all default settings with autofocus on the middle.
I have tried to correct with:
Gimbal calibration reset.
IMU calibration reset.
Refreshed the firmware and reset to default settings.
Different SD cards (as was suggested by support).
Only film when zero wind.
Confirmed sun exposure on left/right side wasn't causing it.Tried different exposures, shutter speeds, etc.
I have read in various photography forums that this is a hardware misalignment and can occur during the manufacturing process. For a £1600+ "pro" tool that will be used for work, clients would not accept the quality imperfection.Anyone else noticed this on their new Mavic 2 Pro?
