Firmware will not update using the Android DJI App

Hi,

The Maivc 2 Zoom will not update the firmware using the Android App. The error states that the failure is because the netwrok is not connected.

I am connected to the internet and i had just updated the geo database prior to attempting the firmware update, so I believe that the error is on DJI (drone, firmware, servers etc).

Can someone help? I would like to resolve this issue using the app if possible. I am using version 4.3.0 of the App.

The DJI Asst software does not work. It does not recognize the drone and just sits with the USB plug showing on the screen.

1) I have signed into my account, the authorizations are set to "on"
2) The drone is plugged in
3) The software does nothing but sits with the USB plug showing on the screen
4) The PC recognizes the drone / device

Mine did this tonight.. first time using an android -- it gave me that error. but the controller said it was still upgrading. I saw the mavic reboot a few times, then the controller rebooted, and it all came up nicely even though the app had disconnected.  I reconnected and had a nice flight.
