Hi all. Just heard from two friends, one from Brazil the other one from Guatemala that they are having issues with the AGRAS Management Platform. Both are unable to upload flights plans and records from their RCs to the Platform. When accessing the Flight Statics screen of the Management Platform, it's not updated even after repeating the process (of updating missions) several times.
About me, I can not access the AGRAS Management Platform, I log in normally, and then the screen displays the login page again. I already contacted DJI support team.


If anyone else has problems with the AGRAS Management Platform, please let us know. My two friends are members of this forum.

DJI support team, please give us some solution.

We cannot activate the drone to login to AGRAS management system. IS there any advice on this? Sent over the SN and codes to DJI and nothing yet.
