I have quite a few points.  I went to exchange them but the "exchange button" on my homepage is not clickable.  I'd like to redeem my points and use my DJI credit to make a purchase.  

You can only redeem points once per month, up to a maximum of 5400 per month in increments of 1800 - so you can only redeem 1800 or 3600 or 5400 once in a calendar month.

lol my exchange button hasn't worked ever..... so figured it was an issue with the site and DJI would get round to fixing it..... nope still not working lol

Mate - PM a mod on here and get it fixed - it is working and you've made the points so get the rewards.

Hello John, may I know which browser do you use? Generally, the redemption is 1800, 3600 or 5400. If all do not work at your end, please kindly offer the screenshot, I'll double check with the technicians, thanks in advance!

Something is messed up with the exchange system.  It will only accept an exchange of exactly 1800 points.  If you try 5400 or 3600 it will kick back your request with a generic "points must be redeemed in increments of 1800..."

Just got an update from the team that we have checked the system, but the issue does not occur at our end. Upon checking your exchange history, the exchangeable points is about 2517, not enough to try 3600 or 5400, you may check whether it is this case, thanks!

I just tried it last night.  If I enter exactly 1800 points it will work, but if I enter 3600 or 5400 (5400 is the max per month) it errors with the message "points may only be redeemed in multiples of 180".  When I'm on my computer I will grab a screen shot & post it.

lol sneak it in during a normal conversation, she won't notice...... Dinner was lovely, tasty, enjoyable, you out did yourself, I really enjoyed that, I bought an X5 and I wouldn't mind that dinner again tomorrow it was that tasty. Works every time .... remember to record it on your phone so it won't come back to bite you when it arrives. but but but I told you and you didn't say no then, so I thought it was ok it get it.

Diana - Just tried converting points from another computer.  Same issue.  It will only accept exchanging exactly 1800 points.  3600 or 5400 both fail with the "Only multiples of 180 will be accepted" message.  Screen shots attached.

Hi Dirty Bird, thanks for getting back to us. As the screenshot mentioned, you have exchanged 7200 points before, now the exchangeable points are about 9769-7200=2569, not enough to try 3600 or 5400, so the message will pop up, this is normal. No worries.

Lol.  Ok I was looking at the number in red thinking "I have that many available points".  It never occurred to me that the  number is total 'lifetime" accumulated points.  My mistake.  Thank you.

Hi Lobstah, we have checked the system, everything is normal, did you try the Chrome? It seems you didn't input any numbers in the first frame, therefore, the 'Exchange' is grey.
If an order is placed, DJI Credit will be available to use approximately 15 days after delivery. No exchanges or refunds can be made during this period.

The status says, "auditing".

Currently, the auditing of one month will be conducted on the beginning of next month and the turnaround is about 3-5 business days. The Credit will be released as long as the audit finished.
