Today I received an additional mavic 2 pro battery That I ordered from DJI.  I fully charged the battery and put it in the m2p turned on the remote and the m2p and opened the dji go 4 app on my Iphone 7 plus.  I got the message inconsistant firmware found and i clicked update now.  It started the update and quickly went to 30 % complete the it seems to have got stuck.  It has been at 30 % for over an hour and a half.  I turned off the m2p and the controller and tried to update it using dji assistant 2.  When connected to my macbook pro it said I had the latest firmware installed.  I did a refresh on the firmware and it went through to completion.  I than restarted the controller, the m2p and the dji go 4 app and it showed that it was still updating and stuck at 30% and wont let me do anything.  Ihave tried powering off m2p and controller several times and it still stays stuck at 30 %.  Does any have any ideas to help me.  I would greatly appreciate it

Yep - reinstall the app and try again. Alternatively, download the FW in Assistant 2 on the drone - place the battery in the drone then upgrade the FW - the battery FW will update with the drone.

Our apologies for the inconvenience. Kindly restore the settings to factory defaults and upgrade the firmware using DJI assistant 2. Please turn off your firewall and antivirus software and reinstall the software. You can download the DJI Assistant 2 using this link: (https://www.dji.com/mavic-2/info#downloads) and follow the video tutorial below.
