Is it a big deal ?

I wouldn't say it's a big deal but you would think that during manufacture they would at least pick up these types of things and make the minor adjustments necessary for it to not occur. Unless the building and QA testing is in an environment where everything just fits right and it's only once it gets exposed to different environmental factors that the tolerances aren't the same anymore.

its designed that way to lock the legs inplace, if your bothered about scratching just stick a little bit of helicopter tape on the body like i did,
