Just bought this yesterday and am desparate to fly it but am having a few minor issues but this one is stopping me flying:

Warning:Max Flight Altitude Reached. Adjust in Main Controller Settings if necessary

It happens at 30m, every time. Beginner mode is NOT on, height limit is set to 120m, good GPS fix, no obstacles anywhere!
My Mavic's doing just fine and going upto the normal height so it can't be some temporary flight restrictions going on in my area. Its not sluggish, it just seems be be hitting that 30m limit.
I'm just downloading the latest firmware for the RC, hopefully that will fix it but has anyone got any ideas just in case it doesn't?

Are you sure your AC is on and connected when you slide Beginner Mode off?

Yup, just been up to 30m and back down so it must be connected! Also , wifi is on and I'm logged in and its connected to the router - I'm deliberately next to the house so I can connect to the net by wifi too!

Done it! It was the controller firmware that needed updating as per these instrucions:

Once that was done, it all started working. Now to get the maps working...
