What to do know ?

I switch of the Drone and the camera is not working now , so I need to recalibrate again

I did do the whole calibration , swith of the drone and the camera was working , but gimbal dont work

So i switch of the drone again

Put it on again

Now am back to zero again. gimbal ad camera is not working

I will do the calibration again

I did recalibrate and it was correct , now camera and gimbal is still not moving or working ,

its better to send it on service

Kindly try to restore the setting to factory defaults and update the firmware using DJI Assistant 2 for Phantom. After that, try to calibrate the VPS again.

Hi could any one give some advice.When I download assistant 2 for phantom 4 as +.I can't get passed the first screen any advice.

Previously when I was trying to use the circles/dots to calibrate my Vision sensors via my iMac(Screen) it just wouldn't work.

So I used my old Sony laptop (windows 7 installed) I then installed Assistant 2  - few warning messages later(don't you love windows).

Calibrated the sensors on the drone with the laptop screen, job done & the error message has gone away.

I would be interested to know how many Apple users there are VS Microsoft ?

Hello ; sent my Drone to DJI service in Holland

Now they say that they cant fix the re-clibrate vision system ??

So , I have to buy a new DRONE for 1100 Euros , when my DRone is working an can fly... the only problem is to re-calibrate the Vision system

I realy have bad luck with my drones , so now I have give up on them.

The Drone that DJI Couldent do a RE-calibrate on , Is now , stolen from DHL , on my way to my adress

DHL now gave me 200 us dollars back for my Drone ,

That realy sucks

So now ... no more DRONES for me

So from a Drone that was new , 6 months old , 20 hours of flytime ....a perfect Drone , my DJI Phantom4 Advanced , was my every day joy

1100 Dollars ...Drone , stolen from DHL and I get .... 200 us dollars from DHL
