Having had the Ronin-S for a few weeks and after waiting 40 days for delivery I've already encountered a problem. Even on the first day it was apparent there was a problem as the base plate kept getting stuck and would need immense force to remove from the gimbal. I've just got back from holiday after a few weeks and the problem persists, clearly there is an issue here.

It's causing great annoyance and I don't want to break either my camera or gimbal in the process of trying to use the system, leaving me reluctance to use it on shoots.

DJI can you please help...I don't just want a simple 'oil it up' as the issue was present as soon as I removed the gimbal from the box, this is not normal.
