Good idea to turn off your sensors if you're a fan of using rth or find you're losing connects. If it flys into the sun the drone thinks it's a obstacle. I turn all that off when flying high.
Set your homepoint too manually, takes a second. If flying under trees or indoors, you want to set rth to hover. All stuff you'll learn. R&L is right though, using rth is an emergency thing if you can break the habit. I think maybe fly a atti drone like the syma explorer for awhile, get used to that and you'll learn a lot more than flying the mavics. |
