The APAS is always active or only on active track or tripod?
Also the quick shot mode are not working with the onidirectional obstacle sensig in all direction?

APAS is only active in free flight when enabled.

In any flight mode it is automatically disabled then re enabled when the flight mode is ended.

Side sensors are only active during Tripod and Active track.

Hi,  Thanks for the inquiry. APAS mode would be only available in P-mode and this mode will be automatically disabled if you use intelligent flight mode and resume after using an intelligent flight mode. We may need to check your second query with our engineers. Thank you for the support.

To be honest here, I think that they perfectly CAN WORK!!! They are exactly the same sensors as at the front and the back!
I think that DJI purposely made that they don’t work in free flight.
So that they can and will work on mavic 3.
Here it’s all about money. They need to slow down the progress a bit so that the changes to the newer versions of drones would be more apparent.
