New CS battery not charging

Just received a CS 5.5 and I2 powersupply from B&H this AM. When trying to charge the battery I only get a steady yellow (my first thought was it was green, but would call it yellow compared to the powersupply light) light, no indication of charging. Get the same results from either battery position. Battery arrived showing one bar which is what I would have expected.  Has anyone experienced this?

It was the hub that came with the CS, and the Inspire 2 180w power supply. All new today.

I have left it powered up for up to an hour, no change.

Hi, Thanks for your prompt reply. How long did you leave the battery on the charging hub? As per checking our system that it says it's ready to charge.

Sounds like a duff charger fella, you not got a voltage checker to see whats coming out the end ?

26+v no load on all outputs, unless issues under load......

Since this is an out of box failure I am looking for a recommendation.  Should I return everything to B&H and reorder or does it just need a component replacement?  ie battery

Hi, We terribly apologize for the late response. I would like to clarify that you're using the charging hub of the CS together with the Inspire 2 180w power supply. Correct?

Is it the Inspire 1 180w battery charger or Inspire 2? Let me confirm this concern to our R&D engineers to see what would be the recommendation.

My yes answer was to your question. As I stated several times above the power supply is new and Inspire 2.

Thanks for that because I want to make sure that everything is clear. You can check our compatible charger to our charging hub of the crystal sky and it seems that the Inspire 2 180w battery charger is not compatible with our charging hub. Please see the image below for your reference.

Thank you. Since I have a non functional CS, I would like to move ahead, when B&H opens again for business tomorrow, with RMA's to get replacement(s) on the way.
