Hello all,
Just got my M2P and going through all of the updated and calbrations, but the one that I am haveing the most trouble with is the camera/sensors calabration.  It is a little goofy and took me a bit to figure out that I had to rotate the craft 90˚ for front & back cameras (which is NOT how it is shown in the DJI tuorial vido!!) and after all of the calibrations it goes into the final screan were is says "Calculating...Calibration informations collected.  Calibrating..." and just sits at 0%.  It does say down at the bottom that it would be about 1 min to do this but that was about 10 min. ago...enough time for me to wright this and it is still at 0%.

Any help or ideas??

I pretty sure it is the Assistant 2.  I use it for the Air and racing goggles.  It did say Mavic 2 Pro when I plugged it in, but the weird part is when I plug in the RC...it says "orange" instead of RC.

Instead of being "pretty sure", check the version number, it is written on the bottom right of the screen.

There is special version of DJI assistant 2 just for Mavic 2, so it is not the same as DJI assistant for Mavic Air for example. Download is here https://www.dji.com/mavic-2/info#downloads

Yep...and it worked...imagine that...lol

I'm having alot of trouble making the side sensor cam touch the corners when calibrating.  I spent 20 minutes and gave up.  Please help!

did the app asked you to calibrate? Otherwise DON'T DO IT!

Its tricky...I had some trouble with it as well but just be patient.  Follow the directions, make sure your screen is turned up all the way, make sure your using DJI Assistant 2 for Mavic (that's the one that got me), and make sure you have the copter facing the correct way and angle.  That makes a big difference as well.

I have been flying DJI drones since they started and I can count on my fingers how many time I had to calibrate.

Even if the app says calibrate. To make sure, turn the AC / RC off and move few meters either way, away from metals, computers, etc. and turn back AC / RC and if it says calibrate, then calibrate otherwise DON'T DO IT.

I digress young lads. You cannot calibrate the camera on the Mavic 2 Pro because it is obsolete and has a fish-eye Hasselblad camera in it. The camera has distortion and the entire drone is a failure since I can't afford one. I will not rest until everyone has heard the word of I, the one and only king of this forum, simis.

....I was referring to all of the camera's OTHER then the Hasselblad (because I know we can not calibrate the Hasselblad).....

I can't install the DJI assistant for the camera calibration on my Mac Big Sur. The software won't open and download
