hey,

I've the problem that I've no live view but everything else is working fine. (android, wifi & rc)
Taking pictures is also working.
On another device live view is working fine.

I reinstalled the app many times and also reset my phone.

any ideas ?

Hi, unfortunately, the Huawei P8 Lite is not fully compatible to run the app. Please see the list of fully compatible mobile phones/tablets below for your reference. Thank you.

You need to downgrade the app version on that device and you will have live view again.
Good versions are 4.1.15 and 4.2.12
Download from apkmirror
Enable installation from unknown sources on the device
Disable auto updates of the apps in play market
And just make sure to never update the app on that device again.

Here you can find older apps.
Older Dji Go4 apps.

4.2.16 should work. You should use the latest app which work on that device.
Just test each app it don't take so long time.
I would start with 4.3.20 and then up to next if it work or down if it don't.

Hey, so for any experienced owners or staff members I have a question.

I have the DJI Mavic Pro and when I try to connect the phone to the controller to see the live view it says "Device not supported" It says this for both the iPhone 7 and the iPhone 13 I have used.
I can record but as soon as I plug the phone into the remote on the app it says "Device not supported" both these phones are up to date on all updates as well as the drone.

Second question. What app should I be using for my DJI Mavic Pro? I've noticed there are several apps that am I to use.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What DJI Go app do ya use ? Go 4? or Litchi ? ..and what version is your app?
