Nice shot... literally! FYI, you can adjust the distance of your dronie before you start it, I wanted to see a bit more. 10 seconds is not enough
Do you mean adjust the distance the drone travels while doing the dronie? Well, I will be shooting a lot in prep for deer season so I’ll give it a couple more shots (pun intended) and see what I can come up with! Thanks!
As long as you dont spear your spark! Are you using the controller or just a smart phone... the RC increases the distance of most of those dronie movements

I’m using the rc. The video takes about 1minute to shoot but then the spark software speeds up the footage and compresses it to 10 about seconds...
I actually do have some footage of the arrow flying right at the target below the spark. It wasn’t as cool as I thought it would be but I will try again!

SloMo would be better for that, but as we only get 30fps, its not going to look great...
60 fps wouldn't help because the arrow is leaving the bow at around 300 feet per second. Slightly slower if the archer has short T-rex arms like most photographers.

LOL... nice analogy. Well, you're right of course, need to strap one of those 5000fps cams to old Sparky!
