Usually six months or 200 recharge cycles which ever hits first.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear about the trouble. Have you tried to discharge your battery until 5% then charge it again until its 100% then try? However, for the warranty of the battery, it's good for 6months and not more than 200 charge cycles.
