Since I purchased my mavic in feburary 2017 I have never needed to access my flight data using the dji assistant 2 until Today wednesday 26 september 2018 I am trying to access my flight data.
1. I have logged into dji assistant 2 successfully
2. I click on flight data
3. I click on confirm to enter my flight data   

4. I click on open data veiwer
5 explorer window opens and I can see the removable disk on drive e:
6 when i click on the removable drive e: another box opens requesting that i (please insert a disk into removable disk (E

I know my mavic is connected because I have just have calibrated my sensors (frame alignment) successfully. and I can aslo see the following folders....

assistant
Drivers

Thank you for reaching out and we're very sorry for some Inconvenience. May I ask when you go to the DJI Assistant 2 then go to the Flight Record Tab does all the record show up? Can you please provide some screenshot or like a quick video how you access it, Thanks!
