Hello DJI,

I would like to make some purchases via bank transfer. I have contacted corporate@dji.com as well as banktransfer@dji.com at the behest of the online support staff but have yet to hear back, it has been more than a week.


Could I please get some assistance on this matter.

Hi Natalia,

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately the answer is not exactly that simple. We require specific vendor forms and documentation for purchase assets on behalf of the organization. The DJI Account email being 12345678@gmail.com was not acceptable for our case. However, we were able to escalate this particular issue to corporate and they are in the middle of resolving it.
