Hello, I have noticed that when I am in 2.7k 60fps and enter Active Track it changes the framerate to 30fps and if I try to change it back the option for 60fps is missing and the max framerate I can select is 50fps until I exit active track and then I can select 60fps again. Does anyone know the reason for this or why it loses the 60fps option?

Yes sorry I have a Mavic 2 Zoom. Firmware is up to date and I have tried this with the internal memory and Sandisk Extreme Pro 64gb UHS-I V30 A1 memory card

Thank you for the response. As you mentioned that all of your firmware and application are up to date then it means that our Active Track specifically limited to the specific fps you can see on your end. Also, when you exit the Active track, that's the only time that you can choose the 60 fps. I will also raise this up to our engineers for further clarification.

Hello, this question is very similar to my question about quick shots video settings, with no reply... you're lucky at least

It's bull we can't just have 4k 60p across the board.
