Tody i tried to shoot pictures of a roof. 2-3 pictures are perfekt but than i wa not able to shot pictures because the trigger on the screen did not work. after i landet the drone without doing anything, the trigger got white and i could use it. This happend a lot of times. When looking at the results, the camera took sometimes pictures much later aftert i pushed the trigger. Even the reset of the camera did not solve the problem. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi Andrew, sorry for the troubles with XT2, may I know which drone the XT2 is attaching to? What is the firmware version? When the trigger on the screen did not work, is there any other error message in the Aircraft Status like gimbal disconnected or something like that? What SD card are you using? Did you try to format it or try another SD card? Thank you.

the xt2 it attached to the martice 200. i use the actual firmware.
no other error massages on the screen...thanks.

SD card as dji uses: 128 GB
samsung mb-me 128 ga/eu micro sdxc I 3

the SD card was formated befor the flight. no, did not try another card!

Any update on this?  Was there a solution?
