Hi. We're very sorry about this issue. I just want to clarify, have you tried to log-in on the DJI Assistant 2? If yes, please try to uninstall and reinstall DJI Assistant 2. Please make sure to turn off your Anti-Virus and Firewall. Also please try to use a different USB cable. If the issue persists, I suggest you try to use a different PC or laptop.
