I cannot seem to get DJI Assistant to do anything.  I load it up. connect device.  Turn device on.  All I see is the main screen with "how to connect inspire2".  No menu items to connect to device.  What am I doing wrong?

Hi. We're very sorry about this issue. I just want to clarify, have you tried to log-in on the DJI Assistant 2? If yes, please try to uninstall and reinstall DJI Assistant 2. Please make sure to turn off your Anti-Virus and Firewall. Also please try to use a different USB cable. If the issue persists, I suggest you try to use a different PC or laptop. So not sure what changed as I was still unable to get in until today.  Maybe the new firmware drop triggered something because I got it to connect to my MA today.
